1The court receiving the request may decide to suspend the enforcement of the conviction.
2Against such decision, the parties may file an appeal to the Court of Appeals, whose decision is subject to appeal.
3Upon request of the civil defendant, the court in charge of the re-trial of the case may order the suspension of execution of civil obligations for the duration of the trial.
