1When rendering an acquitting decision, the court orders the return of the amounts paid for the execution of the fine, for the expenses of the court proceedings, the cancellation of property precautionary measures, as well as the compensation for damages in favour of the civil plaintiff who has participated in the revision trial. It shall also order the restitution of the confiscated items, unless their production, use, transportation and detention constitutes a criminal offence.
