1The accusing victim request for trial is submitted to the court secretary. The request is invalid if it does not contain:
athe personal data of the accusing victim and his/her correct address;”
bpersonal data of the accused person and his address;
cname and surname of the representative and the power of attorney;
çindication of the grounds that justify the request as well as the evidence where it is based on;
dendorsement of the accusing victim or his/her representative.
2Such request shall be notified to the person accused and to the prosecutor.
