1Legal standing of the plaintiff may be decided by the proceeding authority prior to commencing of the trial.
2The time limit provided for by paragraph 1 may not be extended.
3The court on the application of the parties or ex officio may order the severance of the civil lawsuit and its submission to the civil division (court), if its trial complicates or impedes the criminal process.
