1A final criminal decision is mandatory for the court adjudicating the civil consequences of the offence only with regard to whether the criminal offence has been committed and whether it has been committed by the adjudicated person.
2A criminal decision that incidentally settles a fact connected to a civil, administrative or criminal case has no mandatory consequences in any other proceedings.
