1. This Law provides for the rules on the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court, status of its members, presentation and review of the applications, principles and rules of constitutional adjudication, taking of decisionsand their execution.
2. Regarding theissues related to procedures, which are not providedforby this law or by the Regulation of the Constitutional Court, the Constitutional Court shall take account also of the legal provisions, which regulate the other procedures, taking into consideration the legal nature of the matter.
