Article 25: Impartiality in Constitutional trial
The judge of the Constitutional Court shall be impartial when examining the cases and shallbe subject only to the Constitution and laws while exercising the duty.
In his/her activity, the judge of the Constitutional Court shall act under his\her own capacity and shall not represent any state authority, social organization, political party or association, ethnic or social group.
