Article 26: Publication of Final Decision and Entry into Effect

  1. Decisions of the Constitutional Court shall be published in the Official Gazette as well as inother means of public information. The decisions of the Constitutional Court shall be published no later than 15 days after their submission for this purpose with the Official Publications Centre. The dissenting opinion shall be published along with the final decision.
  2. Decisions, as a rule, shall enter into effect on the day of publication, unless otherwise provided by this law. Where the decision brings about consequences for the constitutional rights of the individual, the Constitutional Court may decide for it to enter into effect on the day of its announcement. In this case, the decision shall be associated with a summarised reasoning, while the fully reasoned decision shall be published within 30 days.
  3. The Constitutional Court may make an order that its decision, by which it has examined theact, yields its effects on another date. In such a case, the Constitutional Court may order the suspension of the implementation of the act it has repealed against the applicant in the judicial proceedings, up to the time when the decision becomes effective.
  4. The Constitutional Court shall prepare and publish a periodic summary of its decisions.
