Article 28: Judicial Expenses
Costs of judicial proceedings before the Constitutional Court shall be subject to regulationsprovided for in the law on court fees.
Upon the Constitutional Court deciding the admission of the constitutional individualcomplaint, it may also rule on the representation expenses in part or in full, where sought by the applicant.
