Article 53: International agreements adopted prior to the entry into force of the Constitution
International agreements that are ratified before the entry into force of the Constitution and are incompatible with it, shall be presented to the Constitutional Court only by the Council of Ministers.
In case the Constitutional Court concludes that an International Agreement ratified by lawincludes provisions, which are incompatible with the Constitution, the Constitutional Court decides on the abrogation of the act of its ratification.
