Article 56:
The Constitutional Court decides on which is the competent body to solve the concrete case the dispute has originated from.
When the solution of the constitutional dispute is related with legal or normative acts issuedby the parties in the conflict, the Constitutional Court reviews the constitutionality or legality of the act in order to solve the dispute.
