Article 57: Requesting authorities
In order for the Constitutional Court to review the constitutionality of political parties andorganizations, as well as their activity, it is established into recourse through the application of the President of the Republic, Prime Minister or no less than one fifth of the deputies of the Assembly, the Ombudsman and the Head of the High State Audit.
The application may be presented to the Constitutional Court at any time.
