Article 66: Requesting Authorities
Recourse to the Constitutional Court to review the electability of members of the Assembly shall be established upon the request of the President of the Republic, no less than 1/5 of members of the Assembly or of political parties.
Recourse to the Constitutional Court to review the incompatibility with the assumption of functions of members of the Assembly, shall be established upon the request of the Assembly or 1/5 of the members of the Assembly.
The Constitutional Court shall verify, under the Constitution, the election of members of theAssembly, at the request of a political party or of an independent candidate for member of the Assembly.
