Article 81: Execution of Decisions 1. The Constitutional Court decisions are mandatory for execution
The Constitutional Court decisions are mandatory for execution.
The execution of Constitutional Court decisions is secured by the Council of Ministersthrough the respective organs of the state administration.
The Constitutional Court, depending on the type of decision and where appropriate, may specify in the ordering provision the body charged with the execution of the decision, as well as the manner of execution, setting concrete deadlines, the relevant manner and procedure of execution.
Failure or obstruction of execution of the Constitutional Court decision shall be punishable in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Code.
