1Political functionaries at the Ministry of Justice shall enjoy the rights and fulfill the obligations as provided in the law on the organization and functioning of the public administration.
2Civil servants at the Ministry of Justice shall enjoy the rights and fulfill the obligations as provided in the law on the civil servants.
3Employment relationships for other employees shall be governed through the provisions of Labor Code.
4Magistrates may be seconded to the Ministry of Justice in accordance with the rules provided in the law in on the status of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania. Seconded magistrates shall enjoy the status of magistrate provided for in the law on the status of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania.
