The Administrative Court of Appeal After it examines the case in judicial hearing, decides:
a) To leave the decision of the administrative court of first instance in force;
b) To amend the decision;
c) To reverse the decision and dismiss the case;
รง) To reverse the decision and sent the case for re-trial to the administrative court of first instance, in the cases provided in article 54 of this law.
