1The administrative appeal against the administrative act should be submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the day when the appellant has received notification on the issuing or refusal to issue the administrative act.
2In the case of administrative omission, unless silent approval is applicable, the appeal must not be filed earlier than 7 (seven) days and no later than 45 (forty five) days from the date of expiration of the set or extended deadline for the completion of the administrative procedure.
