1Except as otherwise provided by law, the administrative act that resolves the appeal will be issued and notified to the party within 30 days of form the filing of the appeal.
2The deadline provided for in paragraph 1 of this Article may be extended when it is required to conduct additional administrative investigations. Article 92 of this Code shall also apply for the extension of the deadline as provided for by paragraph 1 of this Article.
3Article 93 of this Code shall not apply in the case of administrative appeal.
