1The public organ shall communicate the party or another person involved in the administrative procedure the administrative action or the procedural action by means of a notification.
2Unless otherwise provided by law, the public organ shall be free to decide the appropriate way of notification of administrative actions, or any other notification, in the framework of the administrative procedure, consideration of the administrative legal remedies, or execution procedure of the administrative act.
3At any case, the public body shall perform the notification, taking into account its effectiveness, the legal protection of the interests of the party, transparency, and cost.
