1Except in cases of immediate execution under Article 179 of this Code, the competent public organ shall send to the subject of execution a notification to execute the obligation under the administrative act and gives him a reasonable time limit.
2The notification for the voluntary execution shall be made in writing and formally notified to the subject of execution.
