1Non-financial obligations are those obligations that are related to the performance of an action, permission for the performance of an action, or prohibition of performance of an action by the subject of the execution, except for the payment in cash.
2The forceful execution of non-financial obligations shall be effectuated through one of the instruments of execution specified in the articles 176 to 178 of this Code.
