Upon the entry into force of this law, any reference that the legal and sub-legal provisions make to Law No. 8485, dated 12.05.1999 on the “Code of Administrative Procedures of the Republic of Albanian”, as amended, or to specific provisions of it, shall be considered as made to this Code to the extent possible.
