1With the entry into force of this Code:
aLaw No. 8485, dated 12.05.1999 on the “Code of Administrative Procedures of the Republic of Albanian”, amended, shall be repealed;
bAny legal and sub-legal provision which comes against the provisions of this Code shall be repealed.
