1If the public official or the member of the collegial organ of the public body identifies one of the impediments provided for in Article 30 of this Code, he/she shall immediately notify in witting his/her superior.
2Any other official, who is aware on the cases of conflict of interest, in accordance with Article 30 of this Code, shall notify in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article.
3A party may ask for the expulsion from participation in a administrative procedure of an official or of a member of a collegial body, up to the point when a decision is taken, putting forward the reasons why such expulsion from decision-making is requested. Such request shall be made in writing, and be addressed to the superior and contain all possible evidence where it is based.
4At any case, until the superior takes a final decision, the official shall be suspended from the decision –making process.
