1The public body that is competent to make the final decision may also issue interim decisions, when it is deemed that the failure to take certain measure would cause serious and irreparable damage to public interests or to the rights or legal interests of the parties.
2The interim decisions may be taken by the public body either ex officio or at the request of the interested parties.
3The decision to adopt interim measures should be reasoned, with a specified time limit, and notified to the parties.
