1The organ which the administrative assistance is requested from shall be subject to procedures and obligations provided in the law on the organ seeking the administrative assistance, and shall perform the requested actions as soon as possible.
2The requesting organ, in its request for assistance, shall inform the other body on the procedures and obligations foreseen in paragraph 1 of this article.
