1The organ, from which provision of administrative assistance is requested, may not refuse to render it, saves for cases of objective inability to perform the requested actions. In such a case, the requesting body shall be notified immediately, and at any case, no later than 2 days from the receipt of the request for administrative assistance.
2Dispute between the two organs, shall be resolved by the superior organ of the one to whom the assistance is requested. In case this body does not exist, the action shall be performed by the organ seeking administrative assistance.
