1If the presentation of evidence before the public body conducting the administrative proceeding is difficult, requires time, or has great cost, the public body may ex officio or on request of the party decide that the admission of all evidence or a part of them is made by another public body.
2In this case, the provisions of articles 71 and 73 of this Cod on administrative assistance shall apply to the extent possible.
