Article 100: Appeal against decisions of the Council

1Unless otherwise provided for in this Law, an appeal may be filed to the Administrative Court of Appeal against the individual administrative act of the Council. The individual administrative acts imposing disciplinary measures on judges may be appealed against before the Constitutional Court.

2The administrative acts of general binding effect shall be subject to the review by the Constitutional Court regarding their compatibility with the Constitution and international agreements and to the review of the Administrative Court of Appeal regarding their compatibility with the law.
