1Disciplinary misconduct by members of the High Prosecutorial Council shall be investigated by the High Justice Inspector in accordance with the procedures and rules provided for in the law "On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania".
2The Constitutional Court considers complaints against High Justice Inspector decisions archiving the complaint or closing investigation against a member of the High Prosecutorial Council.
3The Constitutional Court shall decide on the suspension of a member of the High Prosecutorial Council in the cases provided in the Constitution of the Republic of Albania.
4Disciplinary proceedings against members of the High Prosecutorial Council shall be conducted by the Constitutional Court, which decides in accordance with the Law “On the Constitutional Court” and the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.
