1Complaints against decisions for the disqualification of candidates shall, only in connection with serious procedural infringements, be made to the Administrative Court of Appeal, no later than 5 days from the day of notification of the decision.
2The Administrative Court of Appeal shall decide within 7 days from the day of depositing of the complaint. Its decision is final and irrevocable.
3The complaint shall not suspend the conduct of the preliminary evaluation and verification conducted by the Qualification Commission under Article 105 of this law.
