1If upon expiry of the period provided for in 111, paragraph 1 of this Law, the General Meeting for electing members of the High Prosecutorial Council has not yet been called, the meeting may be immediately called by 1/10 of the total number of prosecutors.
2Their request to call the General Meeting shall be submitted to the administration of the General Prosecution Office.
3Upon the submission of the request, the Secretary General of the General Prosecution Office shall immediately notify the prosecutors by specifying the date, venue and the time of the meeting in the notice. The notification shall be sent to each prosecutor via the official e-mail address.
