1The complaints against the decisions recusing the candidates shall, just for serious procedural infringements, be made before the Appeal Administrative Court not later than 5 days from the day of notification of the contested decision.
2The Administrative Appeal Court shall decide within 7 days from the day of submission of the complaint. Its decision shall be with prejudice and final.
3The complaint shall not suspend the conduct of the procedure for the evaluation and ranking of candidates according to Article 131 of this law.
