1The Independent Ad Hoc Commission shall, after the official announcement of the candidacies meeting the legal conditions, be convened immediately for the professional and moral criteria of the candidates and make their ranking not later than 10 days.
2The candidates having obtained the right to put up their candidacy upon the court decision under Article 130 of this law shall be evaluated along with the other candidates.
3The Council shall stay convened up to the completion of the process of evaluation and ranking of candidates.
