1Complaints against decisions of the Deanery or the Pedagogical Council of the School of Magistrates on the disqualification of candidates shall be respectively made to the Rector of the HEI and the Head of the Steering Council of the School of Magistrates, not later than 5 days from the day of notification of the decision.
2The Rector of the HEI and the Head of the Steering Council of the School of Magistrates shall decide within 7 days of filing of the complaint.
