1Complaints against the breach of procedures for calling the meeting, verifying the participation, the voting, the counting of votes, the finding and announcement of invalid votes and the announcement of the result during the meeting of the Academic Staff Assembly for HEIs or of the Pedagogical Council of the School of Magistrates, shall be made to the Administrative Appeal Court.
2The Administrative Court of Appeal shall decide within 7 days from the day of submission of the complaint. The court may decide repeating the meeting of the Academic Staff Assembly or of the Pedagogical Council of the School of Magistrates only if procedural breaches foreseen in paragraph 1 of this article are established and are such as to have an impact or potential impact on the election results. Its decision is final and irrevocable.
3In case the Administrative Court of Appeal decides to repeat the elections, they shall be held no later than 7 days from the day of notification of the court decision.
