Article 18: Complaints against Decisions of the General Meeting

1Complaints against procedural misconducts related to the calling of the General Meeting, verification of the participation, voting and the counting of votes, finding and announcing invalid votes and the declaration of the result during the General Meeting of judges for the election of members of the High Judicial Council shall be filed with the Administrative Court of Appeal, no later than five days following the date of publication of the decision in the official website of the High Court.

2The Administrative Court of Appeal shall decide within seven days from the day of submission of the complaint. The court may decide on repeating the elections only upon establishment of the occurrence of procedural breaches foreseen in paragraph 1 of this Article and the impact or potential impact of the latter on the election results. The court decision is final and irrevocable.

3In case the Administrative Court of Appeal decides to repeat the elections, they shall be held no later than seven days from the day of notification of the court decision.
