1Pursuant to the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, the High Prosecutorial Council shall be responsible for the following issues with respect to all prosecutors:
aAppointment;
bAssignment in position;
cTransfer;
çPromotion;
dSecondment and reappointment;
dhethical and professional performance evaluation;
eImposition of disciplinary measures and suspension;
ëAny other tasks assigned by law.
