1The High Prosecutorial Council shall collaborate with the School of Magistrates for the recruitment of candidate prosecutors in accordance with this Law and the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania” and shall appoint prosecutors after graduation from the School of Magistrates.
2The Council shall propose to the Assembly the candidates for positions of the Prosecutor General in accordance with the Constitution and the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.
3The criteria for the selection of candidates for the Prosecutor General shall be defined in the law “On the organisation and functioning of the prosecutor's office in the Republic of Albania”.
