1The High Justice Inspector, before commencing the office shall take the oath by the formula: "I solemnly swear that in performing duties I will always be faithful to the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, the laws in force and shall respect the rules of professional ethics";
2The High Justice Inspector shall take the oath before the Assembly of Albania in a public ceremony.
