1The mandate of the High Justice Inspector shall end in accordance with the provisions of Article 147/dh of the Constitution.
2Where the mandate of the High Justice Inspector ends because of his/her physical or mental incapacity to perform the functional duties, the verification of his physical or mental incapacity shall be made under the procedure established by the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.
3The High Justice Inspector, not later than 3 months before the end of the mandate due to retirement or the end of the 9-year term, shall notify in writing the Assembly and the Justice Appointments Council of the vacancy.
4In other cases of the end of the mandate, the Deputy High Justice Inspector shall notify of the vacancy, immediately, the Assembly and the Justice Appointments Council.
5The end of the mandate of the High Justice Inspector shall be declared by a decision of the General Meeting of the High Judicial Council and High Prosecutorial Council.
