1The administration shall be organised and function to assist the Office of the High Justice Inspector with the realisation of the mission and functions of the Office;
2The Administration of the Office of the High Justice Inspector shall be chaired by the Secretary General who reports to the High Inspector.
3The Administrative Staff of the Office of the High Justice Inspector has the status of the civil servant in compliance with the provisions of the law “On the civil servants”.
4The Office of the High Justice Inspector employs the administrative employees in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Code.
