1A member of the Justice Appointments Council may not participate in the assessment of compliance with legal requirements, professional criteria and in the ranking of candidate members of the Constitutional Court or the candidates of High Justice Inspector of Justice, if between him/her and the candidate the following relationship exists:
aMarital or cohabitation relationships;
bClose kinship relationship including, ancestors, descendants, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, children of brothers and sisters; or
cClose in-law relations including father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in –law, sister-in-law, stepson, and stepfather.
