1The chairperson of the Justice Appointments Council shall make sure that the Council has an official registry at any time, in which will be recorded at least the following information:
anames of candidates and institutions where they are proposed to be appointed;
bproposing institutions;
cdocumentation filed by candidates and/or by proposing institutions;
çdocumentation received by state institutions that verify assets and criminal and disciplinary records of candidates as well as the official correspondence between them and the Council;
dfinal acts of the Council for the verification, assessment and ranking of candidates;
dhofficial correspondence between the Council and the Assembly or the President of the Republic.
