1The Justice Appointments Council, not later than 35 days from the receipt of the lists of candidates and documents, shall verify the legal requirements foreseen in the law on the Constitutional Court and article 234 paragraph 1 of this law.
2To this end, the Council shall send a written request to the address of public and private subjects, where needed.
3Upon the completion of the verification procedure, the Council shall publish on the official website of the High Court and shall individually communicate to the candidates, the legal requirements verification result, ordering the application to be allowed or rejected.
