1The People’s Advocate shall, no later than 10 days from the day of submission of expression of interest and registration of candidates, convene the meeting of the Independent Ad Hoc Commission.
2The meeting of the Commission shall be convened by way of announcement on the official website of the People’s Advocate and the invitation shall be sent to each of the members to the electronic address having been declared and per post.
3The invitation to the meeting shall indicate the date, venue and time of meeting.
4In case the People’s Advocate, upon the expiry of the period referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, has not exercised his responsibilities, they shall be exercised by the Chairperson of the Justice Appointments Council.
