1The disciplinary measures that the Disciplinary Committee may propose to the Steering Council against the Director or full-time pedagogues are:
areprimand with warning;
bpublic reprimand;
creduction of the salary up to a maximum of 40%, for a period not exceeding one year;
çsuspension from office upon payment of a minimum wage, as defined in the sub-legal acts, for a specific period of time, from three months to one year;
ddismissal from office.
2The provisions foreseen in law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania” shall apply to the possible extent.
3The decision of the Steering Council may be appealed against before the Administrative Court of First Instance.
