1Employment relations of civil servants and other employees of the General Prosecution Office and other prosecutor’s offices are governed by the transitory provisions of the law “On organisation and functioning of the Prosecutor’s Office in the Republic of Albania”.
2The High Prosecutorial Council shall approve detailed rules on other criteria related to specifics of the position of the civil servant and the procedures in order to apply in a uniform way the standards in compliance with the legislation in force.
3Until the electronic case management system is fully functional, the High Prosecutorial Council shall enable the management of judicial cases by other means.
