1Complaints against procedural misconducts related to the call of the meeting, verification of participation, the voting, the counting of votes, the finding and announcement of invalidity and the announcement of the result during the meeting of the Academic Staff Assembly for the HEI or of the Pedagogical Council of the School of Magistrates, shall be made to the Administrative Court of Appeal.
2The Administrative Court of Appeal shall decide within seven days from the date of submission of the complaint. The Court may decide on the repetition of the meeting of the Academic Staff Assembly and the Pedagogical Council of the School of Magistrates only in case the procedural misconducts foreseen in paragraph 1 of this Article are proved to have occurred in a way that affected or may have affected the election results. Its decision is final and irrevocable.
3In case the Administrative Court of Appeal decides to repeat the elections, they shall be held no later than seven days from the day of notification of the court decision.
