1Disciplinary misconduct by members of the High Judicial Council shall be investigated by the High Justice Inspector in accordance with the procedures and rules foreseen in the Law "On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania".
2The Constitutional Court considers complaints against High Justice Inspector decisions, archiving the complaint or closing the investigation against a member of the High Judicial Council.
3The Constitutional Court shall decide on the suspension of a member of the High Judicial Council in the cases provided in the Constitution.
4Disciplinary proceedings against members of the High Judicial Council shall be conducted by the Constitutional Court, which decides in accordance with the Law “On the Constitutional Court in the Republic of Albania” and the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.
